Include Your Property in the Pitch Session!

In order to more effectively use the Caravan and Pitch Sessions to market listings that you have, you should follow a few basic steps:

  1. You must first enter your Open House in the MLS Tour (SANDICOR)

 

    1. Log in to SANDICOR (Paragon)
    2. Click on “Listings” at the top of the page
    3. Go to “Maintain”, then click on “Listings”
    4. On the right side of the appropriate Listing, click on “Select an Action”
    5. Click on “Tour Listing” (on the left hand side)
    6. Click on “Add New”
    7. On Tour Group, type in "G702D1"
    8. Enter the information requested (remember that Caravan is on Tuesday from 1-4 PM)
    9. Remember that refreshments are a good idea to increase your traffic
    10. When you are finished, click “Save”!
  1. Then, e-mail your Listing (from within SANDICOR) to us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
    1. Click on “Listings” at the top of the page
    2. Go to “Maintain”, then “Listings”
    3. Click on the hyperlink to the MLS on the left side of the appropriate Listing
    4. Click on “Listing Detail”
    5. At the top of the next section, click on “E-Mail” at the top of the Listing
    6. Under “Select Reports”, click on “Listing Detail View”
    7. In the middle, click on “Add”
    8. Under “Selected Reports”, be sure to check the appropritate box
    9. Click on “E-Mail” at the top right side of the page
    10. Enter This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in the “TO” Field
    11. Click “Send”!

You have to follow both of the steps above in order to get your property on the PowerPoint for the Pitch Session!

YOU MUST GET THIS TO US BEFORE 1400  (2 PM) ON THE Monda­y BEFORE THE SESSION THAT YOU PLAN TO ATTEND!

Two simple rules:

1. NO Open Alcohol containers may be served on Caravan!

2. You (or a Licensee from YOUR OFFICE) must then come to our Pitch Session at:

981 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, Suite E, Solana Beach 92075 (Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® Del Mar/Solana Beach Service Center) at 930 AM (Networking starts at 0900) on Tuesday the day of the Caravan!

IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT AFTER SAYING THAT YOU WILL BE THERE, please be courteous and let us know as soon as possible.

Failure to show up for a Session (where you have sent us a listing) causes disruption in the PowerPoint! We understand that situations change; so, if you can’t make it after sending us the property, please LET US KNOW!

Your listing is reviewed by our Committee who will take care of:

  1. Formatting and placing it on the PowerPoint Presentation;
  2. E-Mail “Blasting” it to our 2,300+ Member Database!

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD TO AGENTS IN YOUR OFFICE AND OTHERS YOU KNOW! The more people you bring, the more effective it is for you!
